The winning schools/community venue will agree that Yamaha Music Australia is authorised to use the video and images provided for promotional and advertising purposes, including but not limited to magazines, press and the Yamaha Music Australia website.

Schools/community venues will adhere to ensuring legal consent is granted by parents or legal guardians for all participants featured in images or videos submitted to Yamaha Music Australia for promotional or advertising purposes as part of their application for the 2009 Yamaha Piano Awards.
