Yamaha Piano Awards Terms & Conditions

Applications must be received by 23^rd October 2009

Yamaha Music Australia Pty Ltd (hereinafter Yamaha Music) will supply a piano for every state in Australia (WA, SA, VIC, TAS, NSW, QLD) and the Northern Territory. The ACT will be included with the NSW applications.

Yamaha Music will cover costs of freight to the school or community venue as listed on the application form, as well as set up by an Accredited Piano Technician and onsite tuning.

An individual cannot be the recipient of the Yamaha Piano Awards, only a school or venue.

Individuals cannot nominate more than one school or venue per year.

For schools with multiple locations, applications must be made for one specific location only.

Fraudulent or misleading information on the application form is grounds for disqualification.

The winning schools/venues may not on-sell the awarded instrument(s) for a minimum period of 5 years.

The winning schools/venues will agree to provide updates to Yamaha Music as requested, including photos for publication.

Fraudulent or misleading information found on the application form of a winning school or venue will result in the return of the awarded instrument at the cost of the school/venue.
