Full Terms & Conditions

The following are the Terms and Conditions for the Yamaha Piano Premium Care program (hereinafter: the "Program") and the accompanying tuning vouchers (hereinafter: the "Vouchers").

  • The following are the Terms and Conditions for the Yamaha Piano Premium Care program (hereinafter: the "Program") and the accompanying tuning vouchers (hereinafter: the "Vouchers").
  • This Program covers tuning labour costs only on new Yamaha Acoustic Pianos, with the number of tunings covered dependant on the model purchased
  • All new Yamaha upright pianos and ā€˜G’ series grand pianos come with one complimentary tuning voucher under the program. 'C' series grand pianos (C1, C2, C3, C5, C6, C7), and handcrafted pianos (S4, S6, CF4, CF6, CFX) will receive a number of vouchers as determined by the table below.
  • This Program is valid for all new Yamaha acoustic pianos purchased through the Yamaha Music Australia Authorised Piano Dealer Network.
  • Customers must register for the Program within 60 days of purchasing an eligible instrument.
  • Tunings must be undertaken by a Yamaha Accredited Piano Technician. Find you local tuner by calling 1800 805 413, or refer to the letter sent with your Premium Care voucher(s).
  • Vouchers are valued at the amount printed on the voucher face, payable only to the Yamaha Accredited Piano Technician who undertakes the tuning. The Tuners invoice must be sent in with the corresponding Voucher within 30 days of tuning.
  • Vouchers are only valid when used for tuning on the piano relating to the model and serial number printed on the front of the voucher.
  • Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or any other services, apart from piano tuning.
  • The printed voucher amount that is payable to the Piano Tuner is inclusive of GST. This amount is for labour costs of tuning only and does not cover travel time, parts or other expenses.
  • This Program does not cover costs for general servicing and maintenance of the piano, including parts required due to general wear and tear of the instrument, excepting warranty issues covered by the Yamaha Piano 10 Year Warranty (details in your Warranty Book)
  • This Program is not open to customers purchasing second-hand pianos that were not originally registered for the Premium Care program when first purchased.
  • From the 1st January, 2012, the "complimentary tuning voucher" supplied in the Yamaha Piano 10 Year Warranty book issued prior to that time is invalid for Yamaha acoustic pianos registered with this Program, and cannot be used in conjunction with this Program.
  • Voucher and invoice must be sent to the Yamaha Music Australia offices at P.O. Box 268 South Melbourne 3205 Victoria.
  • Vouchers used after the listed expiration date will not be honoured.
  • Vouchers are transferrable to a new owner if the piano is sold during the period covered by the Premium Care program, but can not be exchanged for cash or other services.
  • Yamaha Music Australia reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the Premium Care program at any time.

  • Participation in this Program is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
