Terms and Conditions
- The Promotion applies to Yamaha Music AV Product bought between 1 May 2008 and 30 June 2008.
- Claim your Complimentary Portable Speaker by completing the entry form, attaching a copy of your tax invoice and nominating your preference for a white or black portable speaker and posting it in a stamped envelope to "Harvey Norman Redemption Offer", PO Box 268, South Melbourne VIC 3205, by 31 October 2008.
- All claims must be received by the Promoter by no later than 5pm EST on 31 October 2008. Entries not completed in accordance with these Terms or received after the Closing Date will not be considered.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected mail.
- The Promotion is not applicable to purchases made on rental payment plans, lay-by, project sales or in conjunction with any other offer.
- Delivery of the Complimentary Speaker will take up to eight weeks from receipt of valid claim.
- The Complimentary Speaker will only be delivered in Australia and is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
- The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered(including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury which is suffered or sustained as a result of taking or using the Complimentary Speaker, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
- The promoter is not responsible for product not delivered due to incorrect details given to Yamaha Music Australia. Yamaha Music Australia is not responsible for services provided by third parties, i.e. transport companies or courier services.
