Music Makers is a program developed and run by the Australian Music Association, of which Yamaha Music Australia is a very proud supporter. Designed to encourage active music participation amongst Australians of all ages, Music Makers focuses on fun activities for kids, exciting teenage band programs and music for health amongst retirees. In addition to this, much of Music Makers activities revolve around the lobbying of government, both state and federal, to have music mandated in Australian schools. Active music making has been proven to contribute enormously to our social, physical and emotional well being - and it's fun too!
