APX900

What a guitar! The newest member of the APX family, the APX900 features top-quality flame maple back and sides and a solid spruce top. It delivers a rich, mature tone with punchy projection and bright, long-ringing sustain. A lush and tonally versatile amplified repertoire comes of a newly designed 3-Band preamp, whose adjustable mid-band frequency covers a broad 80Hz-10kHz spectrum. This not only allows control over the midrange but enables reshaping part of the low and high bands in addition to the dedicated bass and treble controls.

APX700

Like all APX guitars, the APX700 has been designed for optimum performance and tone. The solid spruce top - known for its warm, mature overtones - is partnered by Nato back and sides and delivers rich voicing with long ringing sustain. A newly designed one-way pickup system in combination with an effective 3-Band EQ (with integrated tuner) provides a perfect amplified sound.

The cheapest of the three new APX guitars sports a spruce top and Nato back and sides, and comes in five amazing color variations. As for cosmetics, the APX500 features a beautiful mother-of-pearl sound hole ring inlay, white fingerboard binding, white/black body binding, mother-of-pearl APX & Yamaha headstock logos and position markers. The model features a revamped version of the tried and true System55T. This is a 1-way piezo pickup system that comes with a 3-band EQ and built-in tuner.
