
Vox 12 Month* Warranty
Terms Of Warranty
Total warranty period is 12 months* maximum from the original date of purchase. It is important that you keep the receipt, as it is the only record of the purchase date.
Warranty covers all parts* and labour (excluding the authorised repair centre's travel time if required) for 12 months from the purchase date. Yamaha Music Australia Pty Ltd agrees to replace or repair at their discretion and to exchange free of charge, any defective part in the Vox equipment supplied herein and/or to rectify faults which, in their opinion, are due to defective workmanship or materials within 12 months from the date of purchase provided all of the following conditions are met:
- The Vox equipment is purchased from an authorised Yamaha/Vox dealer.
- The original purchase receipt is retained as your proof of purchase.
- Any service on your Vox equipment is carried out by authorised Yamaha Service Centres or authorised Yamaha technicians.
What Is Not Covered?
- Any freight and handling costs relating to your warranty claim.
- Vox equipment purchased outside Australia or any internet sites shipping from outside Australia.
- Failure due to improper operation, modification, maintenance or repair.
- Failure due to accidental damage or exposure to extremes in temperature or humidity.
- Failure of switches, key contacts, potentiometers, external connectors or sensors.
- Failure occurring through short circuit of any output or external influences.
* 3 months only for valves.
In the event that your Vox equipment requires warranty service, please contact your Vox dealer who will arrange for an authorised Vox technician to repair the equipment.
